A digital piece that I drew by hand and re-traced in Adobe Illustrator, this is a Russian take on a Day of the Dead girl, which makes less sense the more you think about it. Think of it as a cultural mash-up, I suppose? For this one, I wanted to get away from the bold, black outlines that characterizes most of my somewhat comic-style work. I enjoyed doing the snow and the overall depth and color tone that came out of it.
